La T\u00e2che<\/a> est une appellation d’origine contr\u00f4l\u00e9e (AOC) fran\u00e7aise qui produit des Grands Crus de Bourgogne. La T\u00e2che <\/a>poss\u00e8de \u00e9galement un label europ\u00e9en d’appellation d’origine prot\u00e9g\u00e9e (AOP). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’Histoire de l’appellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Son nom provient d’une ancienne expression de Bourgogne \u00ab\u00a0faire une T\u00e2che\u00a0\u00bb qui signifiait cultiver une vigne en \u00e9change d’une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration forfaitaire. Monopole du Domaine de la Roman\u00e9e Conti<\/a> depuis 1993, la superficie du vignoble est de seulement 6 hectares. La r\u00e9colte des raisins, la vinification, l’\u00e9laboration et l’\u00e9levage des vins sont assur\u00e9e sur la commune de Roman\u00e9e Saint Vivant en r\u00e9gion Bourgogne<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n

Le terroir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Les Grands Crus de La T\u00e2che<\/a> sont flamboyants et \u00e9l\u00e9gants. Les vins ont des ar\u00f4mes de reglisse et d’\u00e9pices, d’humus et de champignons. Les vins sont de tr\u00e8s bonne garde, de 10 \u00e0 20 ans en moyenne et plus de 50 ans pour les plus grands mill\u00e9simes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les meilleures ann\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Les meilleurs mill\u00e9simes de l’appellation sont 1937<\/a>, 1971<\/a>, 1990<\/a>, 1996<\/a>, 2002 <\/a>et 2009<\/a>. Les ann\u00e9es 1928<\/a>, 1929<\/a>, 1945<\/a>, 1978<\/a> et 2005 <\/a>sont les meilleurs mill\u00e9simes du mill\u00e9naire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Magnifique. Le parfum \u00e9voque imm\u00e9diatement et intens\u00e9ment la violette, le vin illumine la pi\u00e8ce. En bouche, des notes de cerise rouge fra\u00eeche \u2013 pas de cerise s\u00e9ch\u00e9e ni de cerise noire. Superbe \u00e9quilibre et rien ne laisse penser qu’il s’agit d’un mill\u00e9sime de canicule. D\u00e9j\u00e0 plein de charme mais avec la structure pour vivre pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es glorieuses. <\/p>\n\n\n

Je ne peux pas penser \u00e0 un Bourgogne rouge plus profond et jeune que le 1990 La Tache de DRC. Bien qu’il ait encore besoin de 3 ou 4 ans de cave, il est incroyablement bien dot\u00e9, avec un extraordinaire parfum d’\u00e9pices asiatiques et de confiture de framboises noires, de cerises et de m\u00fbres infus\u00e9es de fum\u00e9e, de pain grill\u00e9 et d’herbes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es. Cors\u00e9, mais \u00e9th\u00e9r\u00e9, avec des couches de saveur, ainsi qu’une d\u00e9licatesse et une complexit\u00e9 \u00e9poustouflantes.<\/p>\n\n\n
