Il demanda aux propri\u00e9taires de r\u00e9colter plus tard, de moins bouger le raisin. Le travail en cave est tout aussi important que le travail dans les vignobles. En effet, beaucoup de cave sont v\u00e9tustes. Il \u00e9tait convaincu que de belles choses allaient arriver au fur et \u00e0 mesure de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution du domaine. Et il avait raison !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le succ\u00e8s est au rendez-vous et la qualit\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 la fran\u00e7aise\u00a0\u00bb devient extr\u00eamement demand\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ils acquissent ensuite le ch\u00e2teau Fontenil en 1986, pour agrandir le domaine familial. Il d\u00e9veloppe plusieurs projets \u00e0 l&rsquo;international. Il repr\u00e9sente les changements et les \u00e9volutions  de la viticulture et du travail du vin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le conseil devient alors un r\u00e9el travail pour lui.
